Each of our housekeepers is interviewed in person, vetted, and comprehensively identity and background checked, professionally trained before they start and while in the field, and then held to a rigorous standard.

We Only Hire The Best And Train Them To Be Better

We have traditionally only hired staff from people with who we have had a previous working history as we have found that qualified referrals are the best way to build a trusted, quality team.

And while our hiring strategy has meant that we would have to grow at a slower pace than others it has paid off with an amazing team that has stayed with us for a very long time. Almost all of our staff has been with us for many years and several of our cleaners have been with us from day one.

It has also meant that our cleaning has earned and kept our trust and the trust of our clients, but despite this, every new employee is thoroughly screened before they are hired. We perform a full background check including a criminal records search and checking references before hiring any new employee.

With very few exceptions, all of our cleaners have been highly experienced before we hired them. But whether experienced or new, we have given every one of our cleaners extensive training on how to clean and act “The First Class Way” to provide you with exceptional service on every visit and we retrain them periodically as we acquire new equipment, use new supplies, add new services or outside events necessitate it as they did with the Covid-19 pandemic.

We stand behind all of our work to make sure that you can stay healthy in the home we’ve helped keep safe for you, even if it means taking extra measures like not using chemicals at your request or only spraying a certain area instead of scrubbing down an entire room.

With the recent Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic we have expanded our safety protocols to do our part to protect your health and the health of our cleaners while minimizing the disruption to you, including:

  • All of our cleaners have been fully vaccinated against the Coronavirus
  • No housekeeper will enter your home if have shown any symptoms of virus or illness or have been symptomatic within the prior 24 hour period. If your housekeeper is symptomatic, we will offer to reschedule their visit or send an alternative housekeeper to your home to honor your originally scheduled appointment.
  • Your housekeeper has been trained to spend additional time to ensure that the high-touch areas in your home are sterilized on every visit. They will spend additional time ensuring that they wipe all high touch areas consistent with CDC guidance.

Despite CDC recommendations that masks do not have to be worn by people who have been vaccinated, our housekeeper will always carry a mask and put it on while in your home at your request.

If there are other practices that we can put in place in order for you to feel safer with our employees in our home, contact us and let us know and we will do our best to respect and comply with your request.

We Keep Our Service Green

We use environmentally-friendly cleaning products and take the time to ensure thoroughness when we clean your home and are committed to using products that are safe for children and pets. We also use recycled or recyclable paper products, whenever possible.

If you have any specific additional preferences, such as using reusable supplies rather than disposable ones, turning off lights and appliances when not in use, and choosing natural products, please contact us or let us know at the time of your initial consultation and we will design your personal cleaning plan to accommodate your preferences.
